 李圣杰：创作人观察力要强

开设独立制作公司一年多，李圣杰(Sam Lee)当老板胜任有余，现在还希望发觉后辈，四处张罗人才，当起伯乐来！最近也在新加坡出席音乐座谈会分享当歌手与创作的心得，好的观察力是创作人不能缺的特质。
台湾痴心歌王李圣杰阔别一年多本月4日再临新加坡，这次不是宣传个人专辑，而是以“讲师”的身份出席由本地音乐学院爱比娱乐（epi Stage）主办的《李圣杰音乐分享座谈会》，除了为当天举行的迷你歌唱比赛的评判外，也向歌迷透露两道当创作人的散手。
他表示，创作人具备的就是要有好的观察力，“对任何一个人的眼神、感觉、举止，都能够很细微的感觉到，当你感觉到时，你心里就有想法。”他说，把路上看到有人不开心，有人开心的画面写下来，记录下来。

很多年轻人都应该拥有成为明星的梦想，但常常在无数的比赛里，还没唱完歌曲就被令OUT了。到底应该怎么样唱才能引出情歌王子或公主的魅力，不让比赛结果只是 “擦肩而过”而已呢？

“现场比赛是非常残酷的，因为你只有一次机会，没有一位评判会给你多一次的机会。” 李圣杰4日在一项活动中分享过去在比赛中得到的体悟。

“坚持”当一名好歌手
圣杰也谈到，生存在娱乐界时常会遇到很多挫折，很多人也会向你挑战，但他说，“要当一名好的歌手，坚持和毅力最重要。”
参赛者也需要考虑如何在竞争下，进步自己，如何有自信。圣杰认为，如果一个人是有天赋的，但少了坚持，大概还是行不通的。
